Terms and Conditions for Withdrawals

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the money withdrawal feature and are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Syde Hassle ("we," "our," or "the app"). By using the withdrawal feature, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Withdrawal Threshold

  • Minimum amount: GHS 20
  • Maximum amount: GHS 2000

2. Withdrawal Process

  • When a user initiates a withdrawal by clicking the "Withdraw" button on the Platform, the request will undergo a review process.
  • The review process ensures compliance with our policies and confirms the accuracy of the provided details.

3. Payment Timeline

  • Upon successful review, the payment will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Users are advised to wait for the full 48-hour window for payment completion before contacting customer support regarding delays.

4. Payment Details

  • Payments will be made exclusively to the mobile money number (MoMo) used during the registration process.
  • It is the user's responsibility to register with the correct and active mobile money number to ensure successful transactions.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must ensure the accuracy of their mobile money number during registration. Any discrepancies may result in failed transactions, for which Syde Hassle will not be held responsible.
  • Users are advised to keep their account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized individuals.

6. Fraud Prevention and Review

  • Syde Hassle reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • In such cases, users will be notified, and further verification may be required.

7. Disputes and Support

  • For any issues related to withdrawals, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the withdrawal request.
  • Disputes raised beyond this period may not be entertained.

8. Amendments

  • Syde Hassle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
